DESCRIBE YOUR STYLE

I would describe my approach as a cinematic wedding videographer in Scotland relaxed and natural. I am discrete and easygoing, capturing all the big moments and finer details of your wedding day. If you need direction, I'm more than happy to step in and offer guidance. Every wedding and couple is unique, so I ensure your film embodies who you are and what your day was about. Whether your celebration is fast-paced and filled with people or an intimate elopement on a mountain, I’m confident you’ll treasure your wedding film for years to come.

PRICING

I book a limited number of weddings each year to give each couple my full creative attention to document and edit their day to the highest standard.  Please complete my contact form including as much detail about your wedding day plans and about you as a couple as possible, so I can make sure my style is a great fit for capturing your story.  Once I check my availability, I can send you over a brochure with package and price details.

DO WE PICK THE MUSIC OURSELVES?

All of the music I use is licensed as I feel it is important to support the wider creative community.  The music is a very important part of your wedding film and I invest a great deal of time in selecting the right tracks to edit your film.  I aim to select tracks that are unique to you and your story.  To help do this I’d love to chat with you about the sort of stuff you listen to to help with this process.

WHERE ARE YOU BASED?

I am based in East Lothian but love to travel - nationally and internationally.

HOW DOES IT WORK IF WE BOOK YOU FOR AN INTERNATIONAL WEDDING?

I usually arrive one to two days before the wedding to familiarise myself with the venue and the locations and to hopefully meet you in person (if we haven’t already).

HOW LONG DO OUR FILMS TAKES AFTER THE WEDDING?

I aim to have final delivery of all your films completed between 12-16 weeks after your wedding with the highlight film arriving around 6-8 weeks after your wedding date. If you have gone for an add of a teaser trailer then this is usually delivered within 1-2 weeks. I dedicate a great deal of time to the craft of editing so I can perfect your film and tell your wedding story in a unique way.

HOW WILL WE RECEIVE OUR FILM?

I will upload your films to Vidflow which is an easy way to share it with your friends and family. Your final film will be available for you to download.

WHAT EQUIPMENT DO YOU USE?

I am constantly updating and upgrading my equipment but my aim is to keep it as light and mobile as possible for ease and flexibility on the day. Your wedding is an intimate celebration and not a film production but rest assured all my camera and audio gear is of professional quality.

HOW CAN WE KEEP IN TOUCH WITH YOU?

I generally keep in touch via email but hopefully we will get a chance to meet in person for a coffee to discuss all the plans for your wedding day. If this is not possible it would be great to arrange a phone or video call.

HOW DO WE GO ABOUT BOOKING?

If you make the decision to go ahead and book then I will send through my contract with all the details for you to look at. To secure the booking, you just need to choose your package, forward the deposit, email back the contract and we are all good to go. : )
